The Annapolis Valley Regional School Board is made up of members from Annapolis, Kings and Hants Counties. In addition to the thirteen elected members from each electoral district in the region, two members represent the entire region: one elected African Nova Scotian representative, and one Mi’kmaq representative appointed by the Minister of Education.
